As you read my story, you will find answers to help you, or those in your family, who struggle either in society or in this subculture called jail and prison. God and families are the backbone of survival. What you learn in Wrongful Conviction will better prepare you and family members to survive and even thrive in any environment, especially jail or prison. It is all about finding a different path that transforms life from discouragement and frustration to encouragement and reassurance. As one of my favorite authors Victor Frankl said, “When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves.”
― Viktor E. Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning
Here is what awaits you as you step on the path of healing, redemption, and ultimate triumph.
Don't let your past define your future any longer. I wrote this book as a roadmap to transformation, empowerment, and a renewed connection with God. Embrace your potential for change, embrace the healing power of God, and embark on a journey toward a brighter, more fulfilling life.
My Community
Discover Hope and Resilience Behind Bars:
In the shadows of society lies a subculture rarely understood by the outside world: the incarcerated community. For many, life in jail or prison becomes synonymous with despair—a place where hope is scarce, and survival is the only goal. Yet, even in these harsh circumstances, remarkable stories of resilience, redemption, and transformation emerge.
I know this reality intimately. During my own incarceration, I faced the challenges that come with addiction, shattered self-esteem, and unanswered spiritual questions. But instead of succumbing to these obstacles, I found a path forward through a profound spiritual rebirth. This experience not only helped me take responsibility for my past choices but also inspired me to help others in the same situation. My team created The Judicial Checklist to help those caught up in this broken system make good decisions and take action to avoid wrongful convictions.
